Tilted / Off-Axis Stereo Panorama Cloud Rendering

Stereo Panorama is off axis. See attached Images. Camera in Revit is parallel with horizon. Don't think it's even possible to rotate a camera off axis in revit? Please advise.

I've had this problem also on and off.

Sometimes the axis is correct and sometimes not.

Keen to know of a fix!

It's the perspective - the target point of the camera is not the centre of the image so you're getting the effect of 2-point perspective rather than one-point perspective, which is typical of interior views.  Adjust your camera so that it's pointing to the middle of the view.

Hi Tim,

Sorry not sure i follow, do you mind going into it a bit more?

when you say point the camera to the middle of the view, I'm not sure what you consider the middle?

With a 360 camera surely any point could be considered the middle?

Cheers,

My bad - I thought it was a static image.

But anyway, the attached image then looks correct if it's part of a 360°panorama.  If the camera was placed along the centre plane of the table, it will look parallel when the camera faces it directly.  As the camera rotates, it will distort the sides of the view.

Any news regarding this issue? I'm having this problem on and off for 3 years now, normally I just have to move the camera a bit and with some luck it works fine the 2nd or 3rd try. Sometimes the view seems to be fine but after I look a couple of seconds into it, the axis kinda jumps and it stays tilted, so I have to make a new rendering.

Autodesk just never stops dissapointing. I hope there will be a fix in the future

I agree with you , but this is a different matter because the whole view is rotated/ tilted.

I have the same issue, and it is clear to me that is an autodesk error. On the attached image you can see how the thumbnail preview looks correct but my actual view is tilted. I just can't get my way around this and it is happening 40% of the time I do panorama renderings. Very frustrating and I hope autodesk has a solution to this. It's been happening to me since the very beginning of panorama cloud renderer but only 20% of the time

Same problem here nearly 2 years later.  I think they just don't give a cr** about this anymore. For posterity, Revit camera view, Eye elevation set at 5'-11", Target elevation set at 0'-0":
