tile pattern required as below image
that is a fairly simple pattern. use a standard brick pattern like this...
*Brick_8x8x16, Brick: Modular - 8x8x16
;%TYPE=MODEL
0, 0,0, 0,8
90, 0,0, 8,12, 8,-8
90, 8,0, 8,12, 8,-8
And use the instruction in the front of the REVIT.PAT file to make needed changes.
