tied roof unwanted opening between

Hi

I am using Revit 2019 I have 2 roof extrusions, a small roof ties into a larger roof but where they both connect there is an unwanted opening.  please see the attached screen shots showing what I mean.  I have looked into this and I cant find a similar problem on the internet so this is why I am asking here.

A way to accomplish  this ,could be by using a Void Component to cut the second roof...

Thank you constantin.stroescu, Great screencast. Creating the void does achieve the visible results I am looking for.  Its a shame the join roofs tool doesn't do this automatically. Your help is much appreciated.
