Three Separate Areas in One Floor Plan?

I am currently trying to find the area of a large floor plan (150k square footage). I need to split the area of the floor into 3 sections (A, B, and C). Is there a tool that would accomplish this? I have only ever used gross building area.

Basically I need the building split into 3 areas sections horizontally. A for the top, B for the middle, and C for the bottom portion of the building. All within the First Floor.

Draw Area Separation Lines and place 3 Areas.

You can extract the Total Area through any number of Schedules (e.g. Room, Space, Floor, etc.) Just a matter of Calculating Totals.
