Yeah, but you still have Warnings even with @ToanDN solution.  Or, did you not notice? Just saying...

I think I have no warnings because it is off in grey

I think if the inspectors don't  bring it your attention. the lawyers of the people using the stairs most probably will.  Then again, maybe you can get way with it long enough to flip the ownership.

Do not understand what you means with lawyers etc. Anyway, i also have this issue with the railing, it does not get the upper part of the stair.

well, i did, the thiferent parts, different measure so it has 2 cm in the middle, but i get this ugly thing
