Hi,

It happens sometimes, you can fix that by signing out and signing in back again from A360 account from your Revit application. Also upload only one view for render at a time, if you upload multiple view's at the same time it may lead to that problem. Even after this if your problem is not fixed then try setting your DNS server address to 8.8.8.8 under iPV4 setting.

I hope this helps.

Hi,

I have met this problem for weeks, it really bother me so much...

No matter the model we built or sample model, I can't render it in cloud.

I already reinstall Revit 2016, SP1, SP2 and SP3,and set my DNS server address to 8.8.8.8 under iPV4 setting.

My credit as attachment 01.jpg, Error messege as attachment 02.jpg, my DNS setting as attachment 03.jpg.

Please help me to fix this problem, I need this render service to finish my jobs.

Thanks

I  think I got the solution, the problem is REVIT LIVE 1.8 SERVICE ADD-IN

After I remove that ADD-IN, the cloud render is running as usual.

But I need both of them, please try to fix this bug, thanks.
