The modify section within the modify bar is missing

whenever I press an element like a door or a wall etc.. in Revit and wish to copy, move, scale or use any of the modify elements, the options are not there so I have to use the shortcuts. how can I retrieve the modify option within the modify bar ribbon?

I think you are inside a menu. Close and open the file again.
