Go to Visibility and Graphics and turn on MASS. It is off by default.

From the look at the Ribbon...it appears you are trying to run a analysis using Conceptual Mass. For 1, The building in the image you have posted does not look like a conceptual mass;

  1. either create one
  2. or run the analysis using building elements Energy Analysis using Building Elements - Quick Start | Revit Products | Autodesk Knowledge Network
