Textures and consistent color in the same view

Hi, I am trying to see, in the same view, the floor in realistic (with textures) and the furniture just in colors (consistent color).

Is it possible?

You could probably get there in a round about way through Graphic Overrides by Element.

Yes. You could put them in different phases to utilize the phase material override.
