Texture editor input fields are rounding all numbers to the nearest 1/4" inch

Entering 1/8 or .0125... rounds to 1/4"

This happens in the Offset fields as well. Revit 2021 fully updated. Please fix this or tell me what I'm missing. Project Units for Length are set to 1/16".

Apparently, it's hard-wired.  Same thing happens here.
