Windows 10 laptop w/ Nvidia card. Everything is up to date. Resolutions and texts are at their default and this user is using Arial. Any ideas?

Hi @jsafah

Which PDF printer are you using?

Is this issue specific to a model/ view/ user?

What are your print settings? can you share a screenshot and screencast?

Can you share the files and data-set?
Please see Revit - Collecting and sending diagnostic data to Autodesk Technical Support on how to extract the files we require to investigate further.

I can send you a private upload folder.

Let me know.

Regards,

Hi @jsafah

I've just shared a private upload folder with you.

Let me know if you can access these files.

So an update. I wanted to mess with some settings before starting a screencast and sending the data files over. So there's a cover sheet with some text boxes. Not ALL boxes are affected, however. The affected ones, all I did was change the Arial font size from 2/32" to 1/16", THEN BACK to 2/32". Then I tried to Print Preview and it works perfectly.

I saved and closed out all instances of Revit and tried again. It works.

Any ideas/explanations? I can still send you a screencast/data files if you want them. Although I assume I cannot recreate the issue.

@jsafah

Can you please share the file and journal? I can test it on my end what causes this behavior.

Thanks,
