Text Orientation breaking when upgrading from Revit 2021 to Revit 2023

When I upgrade from Revit 2021 to Revit 2023 any text that was originally orientated to be read from the right flipped to be read from the left, this included all text from sheets to views. Nothing else was effected, including dimensions.

Any ideas on how to fix this issue? I poked around the manage tab & the options panel (the one under file tab) and found nothing.

Thank you in advance.

Post the original file.  The 2021.

Here's the original file before the upgrade.

Seems to be related to the Font.

...test for yourself. Change Font to Arial in 2021 and upgrade to 2023. No issues.  Or, change the Font in the upgraded version. No issues.

For flipped text, you can change from @Anonymous Gothic to Malgun Gothic, they appear to be the same typeface.

Or, you can uncheck the box below if you want to keep the @Malgun font.

Dimensions looks normal when I open the file in Revit 2023.
