Text on 2015 Revit

Hi experts,

I sent this drawing to an external party and received this complain about text not appearing right. 

It is a standard font style, Century Gothic. It can't be a case of font not installed on the other party's PC as you can see only some letter are missing.

Any input are appreciated. Thanks

are you saying that this image shows what the OP is seeing, or what you are seeing?

Does it happen with other fonts?

As you can see, that doesn't look like Century Gothic.

Set you PDF printer to embed these fonts.

I like this tip,  thank you. 

The thing is we sent DWF. sorry dint mention this before. I dint see anyway similar setting while exporting DWF.

The font is Century Gothic.
