try changing the font to something similar looking

is it a true type (ttf) or Shape  (shx)

what are you using to create the pdf , is the font embedded in the software?

true type fonts ; even print preview does not look okay. DPI settings, display scaling, nothing helps....

Try turn off Hardware Acceleration, restart Revit and Print Preview.

Testpage CutePDF A3.jpg

screenshot attached : some text is looking good (room tags) , other completely blurred... deactivating hardware acceleration does not help either.

You probably used a font that isn't pdf compatible.

What happens if you change the font to Arial ?

In example view all  text is Arial ; some look good  , some not .... changing to other fonts changes nothing.

Windows 10 does not seem to remember earlier settings ?
