Text notes moving when open in other desktop

Hi,

I have the problem with text note in Revit. I configured it correctly but when my colleague opened it with his desktop, the text note changed position. Can anyone can help me to solve the problem please?

Is this the same View on both workstations?

What is the font being used?

- Make sure the exact same fonts are installed in the computers

- Make sure Windows Update is identical

- Make sure Revit Build is identical

Yes, it is the same view on both workstations and I use the font "Carlito"

Try to reset the Windows Display scaling for both computers to 100%.

I have the same problem with the desktop of other collogue even I tried all your suggestions (Windows Display scaling for both computers to 100%). Do you have another suggestion for me?
