does the revit 2019 trial version comes with all the templates? I have downloaded it for trying and I am only gettting one window and door in the menu

You are talking about families that are loaded by default in the Project. You can load other ones as well from your Imperial or Metric Library.  Also, if you want certain ones to always be loaded into the Project on startup, then you would load all the Families that you want to be available into the Project and then Save that Project as a TEMPLATE.

By default, revit only shows a few families on the template. You can add more reboot families from the reboot library by clicking on Load family (Insert tab) and open a Revit library folder with the kind of family you want .

Then you have to download the library on the autodesk website. Just google
autodesk revit library + version and just download the library files and
install them.
