Tempelbyggnad för Hilmas af Klint Tempel målningar

Hej!

Vi driver sedan några år tillbaka ett egeninitierat, ideellt projekt -Tempelbyggnad för Hilmas af Klint Tempel målningar, där vi nu kommit till ett läge där vi är i behov av BIM. Vi önskar starkt att kunna använda oss av Revit. Projektet är än så länge helt utan finansiering. Därför vänder vi oss nu till er med frågan om att under en  tidsperiod få tillgång till en licens utan kostnad. Detta skulle göra er till en viktig hjälp på vägen i realiserandet av en fantastisk vision!

Projektet drivs från och till sedan 2011 och handlar om att ta fram en byggnad för en samling målningar av den i dag världsberömda konstnären Hilma af Klint (1862-1944).

Ett särskilt urval av hennes efterlämnade verk kallade "Målningarna till Templet" står i centrum för denna uppmärksamhet. Det handlar om 193 bilder som var menade att upplevas i en särskild ordning i ett för ändamålet avsett Tempel. Målningarna ses i dag som de första abstrakta konstverken i västvärlden, och föregick med flera år de första nonfigurativa målningarna av samtida konstnärer.

Hilma skrev i sitt testamente att det måste dröja minst 20 år innan målningarna fick visas, för att "mänskligheten inte var redo än".  Först 40 år senare ställdes hennes konst ut för första gången. I dag är målningarna kända över världen men de har ännu inte fått sitt hem - sitt tempel. Nu har vi den fantastiska möjligheten att göra ett projekt och designa byggnaden efter Hilma af Klints önskemål och hoppas på er hjälp.

I like your Project really and if you need people worldwide i would like help you with my Revit Knowledge as non proft project , and to make the drawings alive again .

For a few years now, we have been running a self-initiated, non-profit project - Temple Building for Hilmas af Klint Temple paintings, where we have now reached a situation where we are in need of BOS. We strongly wish to be able to use Revit. The project is so far completely without funding. Therefore, we now turn to you with the question of having access to a license for a period of time free of charge. This would make you an important help along the way in realizing a great vision!

The project has been running from and until since 2011 and is about producing a building for a collection of paintings by the today world-famous artist Hilma af Klint (1862-1944).

A special selection of her surviving works called "The Paintings to the Temple" is at the center of this attention. These are 193 images that were meant to be experienced in a special order in a Temple intended for the purpose. The paintings are today seen as the first abstract works of art in the Western world, and for several years preceded the first non-figurative paintings by contemporary artists.

Hilma wrote in her will that it must take at least 20 years before the paintings could be shown, because "humanity was not ready yet". It was not until 40 years later that her art was exhibited for the first time. Today, the paintings are known around the world, but they have not yet found their home - their temple. Now we have the fantastic opportunity to do a project and design the building according to Hilma af Klint's wishes and hope for your help.

As I understand your situation, you would like to continue the developement of an academic thesis project as a non-profit venture but are a licensed professional architect in your country. Another possible workflow would be start the modelling process with the free Web version of Autodesk FormIt.
then transition to Autodesk Revit when a licence becomes available. The advantage of FormIt over other modelling software is that the geometry and materials can be assigned to a subset of Revit families which will facilitate their immediate reuse in Revit. The disavantages are being limited in rendering and annotations.
