Tagging Structural Ceiling split Elevations

Hi,

does anyone know how to tag Elevations with a family to sho the level splits of structural ceilings in plan views?

What about turning on Ceiling as Underlay in the Plan View and then placing a Spot Elevations with Top & Bottom Elevations?
