table - non-considered area

Hey!

I am doing a pretty simple area table, like the photo. 

I want to remove the area from the deck room only from the grand total.  How can I achieve that?

If it’s to be removed from the grand total it has to be removed from the schedule…what you could do is add a second field (calculated value) for the Netto Area and leave that for the Brutto Area. You control the calclated value using a Y/N instance project parameter added to rooms...when it is yes it is = 0

This is possible by creating a separate number parameter (NC) that can be used to control a calculated value. See the attached video. You just need to make sure that every room that is non-considered has the NC value set to 1 and have every other room set to 0, otherwise the formula will not work.
