What are the system requirements for Revit 2019?  Can I install Revit 2019 with the following laptop´s characteristics (Intel Core i5-6300HQ CPU @ 2.30GHz)?

Yes you can.  I have Revit 2019 installed in my 9 year-old laptop at home so I can mess around with answering forum posts.

The more important question is what are you going to do with it?  Learning the program?  Working on real projects?  Small, kinda big, monstrosity?

You can install Revit 2019...but it won't run very well with large projects and may be a bit sluggish at times.
