Syncing Views in realtime

Hi, Does anyone know of an app or a way to sync views on an open project, for example i have 2 views open showing a large ground floor and first floor, when i pan and zoom around the first floor view i would like the ground floor view to also automatically update to the location/zoom of the ground floor. My reason for this is placing pipework dropping from one floor to below.

Pyrevit has a "Sync Views" toggle that gets you most of the way there. You have to click back into the view that you want to match, but once you do it updates your zoom to your other view.
