I think that you may find more help at "insight" forums.

It's the software related to energy analysis.

What's your specific question?  The long and short of it is to create an analytical model and export to gbXML for use in Design Builder.  Where do you need help in this workflow?

To answer that one need to know more about the prerequisites in the software u r using (D&B) … personally I have no experience in D&B but if you are using Autodesk's Energy analysis platform, there are several online webinars and courses which can watch + there is a dedicated blog for Insight with lots of tips and tricks on how to carry out the analysis and how to optimize and prepare your model for that.

https://blogs.autodesk.com/revit/2018/07/06/autodesk-insight-webinar-series/

You can also check Autodesk University courses/sessions … there are lots of speakers who shared their experience in Insight and Green Building Studio
