Surface pattern(model) not rotating

Hi,

I'm using 2022 Revit and cannot rotate any of the model surface patterns. I have tried a number of different materials all with model fill patterns and cannot rotate any of them. Have checked that they are all model fill patterns. Also update to latest hotfix.

Is your surface has curvature? If yes, you won't be able to rotate it.

Model Patterns on Conical and Cylindrical forms with circular base cannot be rotated...for these you will need a custom pattern rotated in the .pat or you have to resort to other means in modeling the elements

On all other forms, flat or curved you should not be having any issues...

i have the same problem, and have already tried everything.
Both on floor and walls this does not work. 

What else can I do?

Try unticking the 'copy' option on the rotate tool - this was stopping me from rotating surface patterns.
