is there any way to control the sun intensity in rendering "sloar study: lighting or still"
and also is there anyway to change it to night lighting like a moon lighting?

yes.
you will need to set location, date and time
then set altitude and azimuth as well
plus, you may need to turn off artificial lights

what if iam using lighting in the solar study options ? how can i adjust the sun intesity then
beside if i choose "still" from the solar study options there will be another problem in rendering which is the location
because in "lighting" it gives me the sun orient to each view while in "still" it wont and i cant change the altitude and azimuth if iam choosing "still" beacause the altitude angel and azimuth only exists if i choose "lighting" form sthe solar study options
and why do I need to turn off the artifical lights ?

Here is a good youtube video on the process of creating a rendering (night scene)
