Summer Solstice/ Solar Study information will not generate

I'm trying to produce some elevations with shadows cast by the summer sun. The problem is that revit will not generate anything if the date is set during the summer solstice and only the summer solstice (elevations and 3D views). I have had this problem a few times across different projects for university and work and the only option to correct it that i've found is to create a new project and transfer the model over.

This solution works fine for projects that aren't being used as a central model or that haven't progressed very far from concept but this is not the case with my current project and I don't have time to go though this procedure to make it work and at the stage I'm at it's not even worth it.

I have asked others in the office if they've come across this problem but no one seems to have experienced it and yet i've had it happen to me about 4 times in the past 2 years and it's always the summer solstice.

Has anyone come across this problem and is it just an annoying revit glitch or can it be fixed?

I've attached images for visual clarity.

Note: it affects multi day, single day and still setting. It also wouldn't let me load a 4th image to show the fall solstice.

I have never come across this, do you have the latest version of Revit? and you checked graphic display options?

I'm working in version 19.2 currently but this has happened previously in revit 18 as well. I have looked through graphic display options but there really isn't anything particular to the summer solstice that might make a difference. Also the images i've uploaded all had the same graphic display options so I can't think it's related.
