Suite work flow revit 2017 to max 2017

Hi I m using the suite work flow to take my revit model in to max but no matter how I try the combine objects by material will not work .....is this a known issue ?

Hi @t_darcy

When you combine by By Revit Material, All objects that share the same material should become a single 3ds Max Design object. For example, all Revit objects with the glass material become one 3ds Max Design object.

Can you try limiting the geometry that is exported to 3dsMax and see if that helps.

As stated in my first post above the combine by materials does not work....bringing in half my model is not an acceptable solution....this software cost thousands of pounds, it has an option to combine by material which does not work and workarounds are not acceptable.

Also i see there is still problems printing large jobs to pdf and revit seems incapable of handling a large number of RPC's in one scene in realistic view mode.

If this software was a high street consumer item i would ask for my money back.
