CAN I USE MY SINGLE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE OFFICE AND AT HOME?

It depends on the license and software you have.

Most of the time you will not have the right to use it at home. See THIS Autodesk page with the terms & conditions

Depending on the subscripiton Autodesk may have the possibility, in your account, to request a license for home use. Log into your account and see if it is available

Both Maintenance & Desktop Subscriptions have the benefit of giving you the License Rights to install the product both on your work & on your home computers:

According to what I read on the links you provided, for Maintenance Subscriptions the request is only required for "networked" license products:

"Most Autodesk products are eligible for home use. In general, enterprise or server-based products (network-only products) and those that do not require activation are not eligible for home use."

All Desktop Subscriptions already have this benefit:
