Stuck, can't select anything except grids..

So I attempted to test out Design Options, and created some new sets, not really knowing what I'm doing. Now I seem unable to select anything other than grids and rooms, in any view, regardless of closing/reopening the project.  Am I in some Design Options edit mode..? What to do?

Delete your options and try again to see what causes this problem.
