Structure in Revit file Export to Navis fails and generates error log - Revit 2022 Ver. 2022.1.2

I have resolved all the errors in the file, audited, compacted, archived the existing backup for the workshared file and still it refuses to export to NWC.  NWC Error log says:

Autodesk.Revit.Exceptions.ExternalApplicationException: A managed exception was thrown by Revit or by one of its external applications.

at Autodesk.Revit.DB.CustomExporter.Export(View view)

at NavisWorks19.LcIRevitBase.Export3DView(View3D view_3d)

at NavisWorks19.LcIRevitBase.ExportDocument(String& return_message, ElementSet elements, LcIRevitParameters* params)

You can try the following.
-What happens when you just load the Revit file in Navisworks?

-Experiment with the Export options

-Hide parts of the project (e.g categories) and then export that particular view and try to pinpoint if it is certain families which causes issues

-Try to update Revit and the Navisworks Exporter utility (HERE)

One of my models refuses to export the structural members to a NWC format. One of our Revit Novices did the modelling and after I corrected all the warnings, audited, compacted, archived the backup and created a new one I still can't get the structural members to export. I isolated the architectural components to a different view and they all export properly so I know for sure it's the structural modelling that is causing the problem. I have attached the log file for evaluation. I am running this version of Revit:

Hopefully you can help resolve this. I produced an export of the structure several weeks ago during our proposal stage, now we are in detailed design and the structural needs to be updated on a daily basis by my auto-exporter. I tried opening it natively in Navis but it returned this error:

Even though Revit shows no warnings:

Isolating the structural items in groups is very time consuming and I am trying to find a workaround before doing this for all the existing structural members.

So everyone knows, Tech advised me to reinstall/update my version of Navisworks Manage 2022.  He was able to export the geometry with no problem at all.  Will report on sucess...

Final resolution.  Reinstalled Revit 2022 and Navis Manage 2022.  Revit still will not export the structural geometry to NWC.  RTV Tools will export to NWC, Navis will open the revit file.  Go figure.  Also installed the latest version of Navis export.
