Structural floor in revit in concrete

Does anyone know how to model a structural floor like the attached one?

what am I looking at? Plan View or Elevation or Section?  Can you post a Product Link?

Hi! Should be a section of a typical floor like this:

That's better. Those could be modeled using an Extrusion of a Profile.  Are you familiar with that process.  You could model them as a loadable Beam Family.
