Strange warning: upgrade the model

We're working on a project using only Revit 2024.1. Recently, this dialogue (see attached image) has appeared twice on two different workstations. What could be the reason? Many thanksWhatsApp Image 2024-07-30 at 13.02.46.jpeg

Update all workstations to the same Revit latest build 2024.1.

Thank you very much!

Is this by design or a bug?

Isn't a project format supposed to be consistent/compatible during a release?

Revit files using worksharing/cloud hosting must all be worked on by users with the same build of Revit. The build changes during a release "year" when updates/patches/mid year releases are issued. The file format is compatible for the entire release "year" but patches/updates are resolving bugs/code issues and different builds are used it is possible to reintroduce an issue that the more recent build resolves. It is necessary to ensure that any updates that are applied are done so to all the active users for the project.
