Im trying to create stairs that can be climbed from 3 sides of the stairs, I'm having issues trying to make it work, I've attached an image of what I'm trying to go for, has anyone got an idea of how i can go about creating this kind of stairs in revit?

You can get there with Stair by Sketch.

@oda.3 in case one sketch doesn't work fine try to insert 3 runs in one stairs family. You can modify a run by Convert and then Edit Sketch

not sure how yours is showing in 3d, i did mine and it seems to show in plan view but for some reason it doesn't show in 3D view or elevation, I have stairs turned on in visibilty graphics but its still not showing in 3D

@oda.3

I would start a stair and use 3 Sketches, one for each side...I like the diagonal cut at the corners better than 1 continuous tread

Play with these settings or just break into separate stairs abutting each other. Or, even easier: use floors atop one another.  Floor Type Thickness = Riser Height.
