hello. i have stairs showing in my floor plans that should not show. I am aware of the view graphics for the above stair settings. i am aware of how the view range works. I am aware of how plan regions works.
multiple stair are models in an open stair shaft. the stair is not a multi stair family but individual stairs from one level to the next. i have my view range set to stop at 1' above my level, but I still see the stair below that stops at top of the level. i can even set the view range 8' above the level and it still see the stairs below, and then it cuts off elements on that level that are not 8' tall, but i still see the stair. no underlay is on, wireframe is not on. please help.
Can you provide screenshot of your viewrange setting and section to understand what really goes on?
I assume you have set the view range in the view template. If you uncheck it and check the view range for that plan, does it display a different value?
i can set the view range and depth to 8' above level and i still see the stair below.
When i uncheck the view range it shows the same values
Can you upload the Revit file of that stair area?
