Please explain your question better. It's not clear what you want to achieve.

Hello,

Could you check my image?
When I drag electrical symbol from family ( project browser) to legend, Some of the symbols' orientation was wrong. I don't know how to rotate the electricity symbols in the legend.

Thank you

Thank you for providing more information. When I make a test, dragging an electrical fixture such as an outlet to a legend, it shows a host wall in the South and an electrical symbol on the North, as shown on the upper portion of your image. Do you get something similar and want it rotate it 90 degress? Why? It's just a symbol. It does not have to have a specific orientation as in the actual drawings where the symbols are placed on walls with different orientations. Even if I try to rotate the symbol in the legend, it won't rotate, but I don't see the need to rotate it.

Hello,

thank you for replying. I need to rotate them if they are wrong orientation. Especially if they are in the legend.

Which one is a "wrong orientation?" When I drag the symbol from the project browser to a legend, it shows like this:

It might be something in that family that you're using. When I drag a different family to the legend, such as the GFI outlet, the letters have the same orientation as the symbol, like this:

Thank you for replying.
You did not drag “CTR”. Most symbols are correct orientation, some not.

I don't have that "CTR" family, and it does not exist in the default Electrical folder of Autodesk's families. So it is probably what I said before, an issue in a custom family that you did or downloaded from another place. All of these families that I found in "Load Autodesk Family" show their graphics in a legend the same way as they look in the preview view:
