STAIRS CONECTION

PLEASE I WAS MODEL THIS STAIR BUT I CAN´T CONNECT IT WITH THE UP FLOOR.

I DON´T WANT MAKE THE STEP IN THE LEVEL OF UP FLOOR BECAUSE I THINK IS NOT THE WAY TO DO THIS.

I BEALIVE THAT THERE ARE A CONFIGURATION FOR THE STAIR TO CREATE STRUCTURAL CONTINUITY.

SO WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO DO THIS IN THE ORDER TO CONTROL AN ARCHITECTURAL PROYECT. IN MY CASE THE STAIR AND THE FLOORS ARE THE SAME MATERIAL, CONCRETE.

THANK YOUgijgicoanbcldkhp.png

if the floor to floor heights are the same, you can select the stair and choose Multi-story within Properties to make the stairs continuous.

If the floor to floor heights are different, you will need to look at the properties of the stairs (bottom/top level and offsets) to adjust placement.  You may also have to select the grips for moving the stair sketch.

If materials are the same in the stairs and floors, then join geometry will work and it will look uniform.

I think his issue is that he has the right height however his stair is set to NOT end with a riser.  So he either needs to add the top as a landing(my prefered method, make a landing the size of one tread). or adjust the stair setting to end with a riser.
