Hello All,

I have a question.

I want to drag the arrow of the staircase I marked to the end. The architect is so obsessed  that the arrow has to go to the end of the staircases.

Thank you all for your help!

Amir

@amirhossein.jafarii  It will show only up to view range cut the stairs. if you need further you can use annotation like details lines or detail family.

Thank you,

In fact, the stair I want to show to direction goes down and the cut plane should be 4' above the second floor.

now I could fix the issue by changing the family as well.

but what is shows is "straight up". what if I want to show straight down?

like instead of showing from where we go up.

it show the direction of going down.

Thank you,

Amir

No need to change the View Range for the View. Instead, draw a Plan Region around the Stairs and adjust the Plan Region View Range. TIP: Other Levels can be used in Plan Region View Range Settings.

Both these Stairs are on Level 1. Top Stair surrounded by a Plan Region and the bottom Stairs use the normal View  Range Settings.
