Stair tag wont show

Does any one know why the Stair tag will not show the tread depth as I requested it to?

Only the Riser height part shows in the project.

Can you select the tag in the project view and show its properties?

Actually, that didn't pan out. You sure the Label is visible?

If you select the stair, does it say Actual Tread Depth in the properties?

And check the Stair Tag type and make sure this parameter is turned on.
