hello guys and gals

Altered standard revit stair tag to report treads aswell as riser heights, is there a way to report stair angle aswell its not a standard parameter. Maybe i could add a sum which would multiple tread by riser to report pitch , any ideas?

if the stair is a straight run and ends with a tread, this formula would get you there:

Calculated Parameter = atan(Run Height / (Actual Number of Treads * Actual Tread Depth))

You would create a Calculated Parameter Label in the Stair Tag Family which uses the above formula.  Do you know how to create a Calculated Parameter?

You can. First you click on the calculated value and then use the formula (see screenshot)

Does the Stair end with Tread?  If not, use atan(Actual Riser Height / Actual Tread Depth)
