Stair Risers are missing

I am designing a multistory building to minimize file size. I used the PURGE UNUSED command, but then encountered an issue where the riser of the monolithic stair is not visible on some floors, while it appears correctly on others.

Are you saying they appeared correctly BEFORE using purge all tool?

Yes, and they appeared correctly up to 3rd floor. Then I re drew but no changes.

My bad, found the mistake the shaft opening wasn't properly placed.
