Stair railing corner post and handrail continuous issue

Help for 2 stair railing issues, RVT file attached. At intermediate landing, one of the two corner posts (post “2”) is connected to the slope top rail; it overlaps with part of the vertical rail transition.

Hand rail broken at level landing.

I don't know what you are after, but the Hand Rail isn't defined for Fillets/Goosenecks. It's set to Miter/Simple. 

...if you want to target a specific join condition, then TAB-Select Rail and use Edit Rail=>Edit Path=>Edit Join.

When I open your RVT, it looks like this, not connects. any setting I missed?

Odd. Something weird is going on at your end. Thing is, I have never seen such an issue.  Troubleshooting would be tough.

You probably need to check the Revit build/update you have. See below images 

• Left is yours without any modifications
• Right is BB's version

Thank you all and I see where this coming from. I was trying to figure out the transition at landing @ level not intermediate. The goal was fixing the continuous issue at level landing transition and connect the stair up to all similar levels.
