Stair baluster does not offset from stair to bottom rail.

see how the balusters go to the stair, you know how to get them to the bottom rail instead?

I have tried to offset everything and nothing works.

Please I want a opening from stair to bottom rail.

Nothing and no one from autodesk is helping.

I want a gap from stair to the bottom rail. I DO NOT WANT HOW THE PICTURE IS SHOWN.

TRIED ALL THE OFFSETS AND NOTHING WORKS

GETTING VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
