Spot Elevations Levels Not Matching Topography Point Elevations

Hi,

Why are the elevations different from the pt annotations?

I really need to make sure one is correct and matches with the cut/fill numbers because it is critical to our budget.

The topography was probably moved up a few feet...click the topo and then look at the properties.

Understand that point elevations are relative to the Internal Origin -- not the Project Base Point (or Survey Point or Relative Level). If your Spots are relative to the PBP, right click on the PBP and return it to the Startup Location. I'll bet it corrects the discrepancy.
