Split walls in multiple parts for precast concrete schedule

Hey community,

I have multiple walls hosting windows, which create openings with the same length as the wall:

It doesn't really make sense to model the two parts (Lintel and Parapet) seperately but in schedules it will of course show the total height of the wall. Is there a way (Dynamo included) to keep one wall but schedule two seperate elements?

what about making the facade as a Curtain Wall with system walls and CW windows infillments?

Often when dealing with PreCast I will use the Revit Parts, generated from the original wall.  if there is a ton of repetition then I simply create PreCast families for what is needed.
