Special-called Wall Partition

Hi experts,

I'm using Revit 2018.3 full version with GTX 1080Ti GraphicsCard and Windows 10.

I'm trying to create a partition type with 6" metal stud and (2) layers of 5/8" typeX gyp. boards on each side (2-hr rated). It looks normal when we just create a wall type like that and place in the model. However, I would like the gyp. layers stop 2'-0" below the structure for ventilation, and the 6" studs go to under structure. What I can do is that I will have the wall stop under structure 2'-0", and have filled region for the stud. All these will be draw in Detail View.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
