Some rooms are not being cut off by roof while others are

Hi. I have recently started working in Revit LT 2023 and creating a model. Everything was okay and all the rooms that are supposed to be cut off by roof ended right under it as they should. But then I worked some more on the model and today when I checked back 2 of the rooms continue through the roof while the rest of them are cut off properly. Only relevant changes to this could be that I have decreased base hight of the roof by 100 mm and changed its slope by 1 degree. Other then that I have just created and added some windows and doors. Does anyone have any inclination about what could be causing these 2 rooms to not be displayed and/or calculated properly ?

Thanks in advance for all the answers.

Hi. I managed to finaly solve it. Not sure where exactly was the problem but to put it simply on that floor I have 3 floor hights. On the upper most one I had 3 rooms and as you could see 2 of them were not cut by the roof, dont know why was the 3rd room displayed correctly. So I created another floor hight just for these 2 rooms, sinked the walls little bit into the floor so that the room boundaries display properly and put them there. Then I changed first the calculation height of the floor so that it reflects the hight in which the rooms were before and then the base offset limit and now it displays properly. Also I tested the other 2 floor hights I had there and only on the middle one were the rooms cut by the roof.

Thanks for the willingness to help.
