Some object styles from linked CAD don't match object style manager

I recently linked 3 .DGN CAD files into a new cloud Revit project.  I changed the object styles of the imported CAD lines to appear the way I wanted them to, but some lines have not changed to the object style I specified.  For example in the image below, according to the object style manager, all lines should be black but some are still different colours.  Why is this happening?

I haven't worked with .dgn files before so this may not be the same, but when this happens to me with linking .dwg files in, it's usually because the color of the lines in the .dwg file aren't set to "by layer".
