Some New and Non-Demolished Objects not showing in 3D View

Below I include two similar "screen grabs" of a 3D view from a project I am working on. The first shows the view "Reveal Hidden Elements" Mode, the second being the view as it should be.  The puzzle that I am trying to resolve is that the items that I have marked in the first image, Trees and Cars, are shown in grey, like the building, indicating that they are not hidden, yet when I revert to the view as it should be, the second image, then these items are not visible even though they should be.  Further important information is that the trees are 'existing' and have not been demolished, whilst the cars are new created in that phase:-

 

 

 I am totally puzzled by this since these objects appear in plan view. Help would be appreciated, thank you.

Have actually found the reason but could not see it amongst the 33 items you referred to thank you. No the stupid reason was that "Imports in Families " was not ticked in the "V/G Overrides Import" category!

Yes you are correct!  I have been using Revit for years and years but am still learning.
