Hello,
since the last 15 years I'm giving IT support to a mid sized bureau of artchitects. They are currently migrating from AutoCad to Revit, complaining a lot about slow performance of Revit. I delivered them the HP Workstation Z440 (Intel Xeon E5-1620, 16GB DDR3, 256GB SSD) but still not good. I upgraded with nVidia Quadro M4000 card, but they say not to notice a lot of difference.
Does anyone have tips or tricks to improve performance? Are there any settings to manipulate in Revit in order to use graphic acceleration of the Quadro?
Thanks for advising ...
Grtz,
Koen.
