Hello all. Trying to integrate a built in water tank to a slab (see attached images). Currently these are two separate slabs, no sloping on the top and no sloping on the bottom (image 1). I'm trying to make it look like (image 2, which is currently done with a filled region) the idea is that the existing slab would dip down create a void for the built in tank. However I'm having a hard time understanding how this would be modeled as a single slab as most editing elements edit the top of the slab, not the bottom. My first thought is that this floor is simply made with several slabs, but even then how would I get a slab that is flat at the top and is sloped on the bottom...is the only solution a slab edge?
Sloped Slab with Integrated Water Tank
- Create a Floor slab with a rectangular hole
- create a Profile and load it into Floor Slab Edge and border the hole created in 1
- create a second Floor slab into the hole with a negative Offset from the Level equal with the desired tank depth - attached to the bottom of the Slab Edge Profile

Keep the 2 slabs as you currently have and add slab edges around the hole. Then join geometry all of them.
