Sloped floor plan not displaying correctly

I am modeling a skybridge that is ramped. I have created a floor plan of the bridge, but because the cut plane of the floor plan is flat and the bridge is sloped, the plan is not displaying correctly (see attached). Is there a way to angle the cut plane so it reads correctly?

I have already tried using a section view, but it caused a problem with annotations and still wasn't reading right.

I think you'll have to use sections. What problem do you have with the annotations?

When I use a section, the view isn't in the correct orientation. I can rotate the view, but then the annotations all appear upside-down.

I don't know what you mean by it "is not displaying correctly" in Plan View, but if you want a View that is parallel to the sloped surface, then you can create one with a Section. 

...are you meaning that the Plan View View Range doesn't capture all of the sloped floor.  Raise the View Range Cut Plane then.

What annotations?  Annotations are View-Specific.  Are you saying Annos are showing upside-down when you place them in the View?

The section view that I create is showing vertical, but I need it to be horizontal on the sheet. I can rotate the viewport on the sheet, but then the annotations rotate with it and are sideways (text and dimensions). 

Changing the view depth doesn't work because it will still show parts of the wall. I need it to be cutting through at the glazing, all the way across.

I think I know what you are talking about regarding upside-down annos now.  Instead of rotating the View on the Sheet, activate the View and Rotate the Crop Boundary.

I tried that also, but instead of rotating the entire plan, it just rotates the crop box itself and the plan is left in the same orientation. Unless I'm doing that wrong. Just selecting the crop boundary within the view and then using the rotate command, correct?

Create a detail callout in the sloped section view, then open the callout view and rotate the view crop region.

Hmm... are you sure you are actually rotating the plan view crop boundary?

Yes, I am using the rotate tool to rotate the crop boundary, like in your link. See attached, when I rotate the crop boundary, the view doesn't respond to it.

In the screenshots, the crop box is rotated but the plan view is still vertical. I found a solution though, creating a callout allows you to rotate the actual view as well. Thanks for the help!

Did you edit crop and rotate it? Rotate the crop. Don't edit and rotate the sketch boundary. Just like in the Link.

Sorry for any confusion. I rotated the crop (not edit and rotate the sketch boundary), like you said, but that didn't work, as shown in the above screenshots. I assume this is because it is a section view and is unable to be rotated, but not sure. However, I made a callout on the section view and the rotated its crop (like suggested by @ToanDN), and I had success. Again, thank you for the help.

That's not correct.  You can rotate Section Views all day long and twice on Sundays.
